Founder-led B2B companies don’t stall because of a lack of demand. They stall because trust lives in the founder, not the company. This causes drawn-out sales cycles, ghosting, and choosing larger competitors as a safer option.

TrustLeader® systematically and intentionally installs trust in a compounding process, transferring it to the firm.

Limited To 4-6 Founders

TrustLeader® is delivered in small cohorts. We cap each group at 4–6 founder-led firms because:

  • Installation requires review and feedback
  • Founder standards must be extracted properly
  • Momentum requires accountability

Depth matters more than volume.

The Commitment (So You Know)

If invited into the Trust Clarity Intensive (first step):

  • 4 weeks
  • $5,000 investment
  • Strategic diagnostic + roadmap

If accepted into Installation (full program):

  • 6 months
  • Founding cohort: $18,000
  • 80%+ attendance and shipping deadlines met

Both sides must agree it’s a fit.

* Submitting this application is completely risk-free. It does not commit you to anything yet. Once you submit this form, we will have a 60-minute alignment call to discuss your goals and challenges to see if we are a good fit for each other.

What Happens After You Join

This is not a sales funnel.

Here’s what actually happens:

  1. You receive access to the TrustLeader® Assessment (45-question diagnostic).
  2. You’re notified when the next Trust Clarity Intensive opens.
  3. If capacity allows, you’re invited to apply for the Intensive.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission into Installation. It gives you access to the first step.

TrustCompass v2_A

Who Is The TrustLeader A Good Fit For?

  • You are a founder of a B2B company with $1-$10 million in annual revenue.
  • You already have a marketing person and at least two salespeople in-house.
  • You are willing and able to act as an internal champion for trust building and true customer centricity.
  • You can directly impact your company culture as well as your marketing, sales, and customer service functions.
  • You are ready to dedicate 3-4 hours per week to attending live working sessions and implementation tasks.

This is not for you if…

  • You are not willing to invest 3-4 hours every week in regular participation in sessions and in implementing what you learn.
  • You are looking for a quick-and-dirty fix for an urgent lead-generation, sales-pipeline, or other demand-generation problem.
  • You aren't ready to be honest with yourself and reflect on how trust is built (or lost) in your customer experience.
  • You don’t believe trust is a business strategy worth investing in.

Important: We expect you to attend at least 80% of the live sessions to participate in the program.

What Happens Next?

Step 1 — Join the Waitlist

You complete a short form so we understand your company, your revenue stage, and the founder bottleneck you’re experiencing. There is no commitment at this stage — it simply gives you access to the next step.

Step 2 — Take the TrustLeader® Assessment

After joining, you’ll receive access to the TrustLeader® Assessment, a 45-question diagnostic that identifies where trust is leaking across sales and delivery and where founder dependency is creating friction. It takes approximately 12–15 minutes and provides a clear baseline.

Step 3 — Invitation to the Trust Clarity Intensive

When the next Trust Clarity Intensive opens, waitlist members are notified first and invited to apply if there is mutual fit. The Intensive is a focused 4-week diagnostic and roadmap process designed to extract founder standards and define what must be installed first.

Investment: $5,000.

Step 3 — Invitation to the Trust Clarity Intensive

When the next Trust Clarity Intensive opens, waitlist members are notified first and invited to apply if there is a mutual fit. The Intensive is a focused 4-week diagnostic and roadmap process designed to extract founder standards and define what must be installed first.

Investment: $5,000.

Even if you go no further, the clarity gained during this phase is substantial.

Step 4 — Mutual Decision on Installation

At the end of the Intensive, we decide together whether your company is ready for TrustLeader® Installation. Admission is not automatic — it requires readiness, alignment, and commitment to structural change.

If accepted, your $5,000 Intensive investment is credited toward the 6-month Installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does joining the waitlist commit me to?

Nothing financially.

Joining the waitlist does not require payment, a call, or a commitment to the program. It simply gives you access to the TrustLeader® Assessment and priority notification when the next Trust Clarity Intensive opens.

You are not entering a sales funnel. You are raising your hand to explore whether structural trust installation is relevant for your business.

Why is the Trust Clarity Intensive required? Can I go straight to Installation?

Yes, the Trust Clarity Intensive is a required pre-step that you cannot skip.

Installation only works when it is built on clarity.

Most founder-led businesses misdiagnose their plateau. They assume they have a lead problem, a marketing problem, or a sales talent problem — when in reality, they have a structural trust transfer problem.

The Intensive establishes:

  • Where trust is leaking.
  • Where founder dependency is creating friction.
  • What standards actually exist.
  • What must be installed first.

Without that clarity, Installation becomes guesswork.

Some founders complete the Intensive and decide not to continue. That’s fine. The clarity itself is valuable.

How much time will this require from me?

It requires commitment. You should expect biweekly live sessions, weekly touchpoints, and implementation between sessions. This is not passive consumption.

However, most founder-led businesses are already spending significant time on:

  • Late-stage sales reassurance.
  • Rewriting proposals.
  • Quality control corrections.
  • Escalations and fire drills.
  • Rework caused by expectation misalignment.

TrustLeader® does not add work for the sake of work. It reallocates energy from reactive fixing to proactive structure.

It is slowing down strategically in order to remove recurring friction.

What if my team resists installing standards?

That is part of the work. Founder-led firms often operate through informal standards and unspoken expectations. As teams grow, misalignment increases because those standards were never extracted or codified.

Installation is not about bureaucracy. It is about clarity.

When standards are explicit:

  • Sales becomes more confident.
  • Delivery becomes more predictable.
  • Decisions become less political.
  • The founder is no longer the referee.

If a team is unwilling to operate with clarity and accountability, structural growth will remain fragile regardless of the program.

What kind of results should I realistically expect?

TrustLeader® does not promise instant revenue spikes.

It is designed to reduce measurable friction in three areas:

Founder dependency.
Revenue friction.
Delivery leakage.

Common outcomes include:

  • Fewer founder escalations in late-stage deals.
  • More consistent close rates without founder presence.
  • Reduced rework from expectation mismatch.
  • Calmer renewals.
  • Reclaimed founder time.

For many firms, even one additional project or one prevented churn event can justify the investment.

The goal is not hype. The goal is structural improvement that compounds.

Is this the right stage for my company?

TrustLeader® is most appropriate for founder-led B2B firms that:

  • Have demand, but growth feels fragile.
  • Experience better close rates when the founder joins.
  • Feel stuck in a revenue band despite effort.
  • Are willing to install standards.

It is not appropriate for companies seeking emergency short-term revenue or done-for-you execution.

This work requires leadership maturity and a willingness to operate transparently.

I’m interested, but I’m not sure yet.

That’s exactly why the waitlist and assessment exist.

You do not need certainty before joining the waitlist. You need curiosity about whether founder-dependent trust is limiting your growth.

The next step is small.
