Your 12-Month Journey
Step 1 — Assessment & Roadmap

Step 2 — The First 90 Days: Building The Core Assets
What happens:

Establish rhythms of coaching sessions, clinics, and accountability check-ins.

Align leadership, sales, and marketing around your trust-building strategy.
What to expect:

Key tools and playbooks set up.

Initial cultural alignment around transparency and customer-first growth.

Measured by: Early scorecard movement — readiness of foundational assets, engagement, and alignment.

Step 3 — Ongoing Cycles: Installing the Cornerstones
What happens:

Every 90 days, focus on embedding a set of TrustLeader cornerstones into your business.

Ongoing clinics and peer accountability to solve live challenges.

Results Are The Expectation, Not The Exception
Your cohort follows a steady rhythm designed to keep you learning, applying, and adjusting week after week. This rhythm creates momentum without overwhelming your schedule. Expect to invest 3–4 hours per week in total — and expect to see the compound return on that investment quickly.
Week 1 & 3: Live Coaching
Every two weeks, you will join your cohort for a focused 90-minute coaching session led by Hannah Eisenberg. Each session consists of quick accountability check-ins, curriculum-based learning, hot seat discussions, and live working time.
Week 2 & 4: Implementation & Clinics
After each coaching session, you will have two weeks to implement what you learned within your organization. As a cohort, we will hold each other accountable. If you have questions or get stuck, join our weekly clinic hours.
Ongoing: Video Training & Resources
You will have access to the tools, templates, playbooks, worksheets, video-based training, and other resources in your cohort portal. There you will also find the session recordings, as well as your weekly commitments and accountability reminders.
Agency And Accountability, Not Just Advice
Advice without agency and accountability is just noise. That is why TrustLeader Coaching is built around measurable progress milestones.
Here’s what that means in practice:

Together, we will set your 90-day milestones based on your TrustLeader Assessment and roadmap.

You will track your process on your TrustLeader Scorecard and report back within your cohort. Falling behind isn’t ignored — it’s addressed.

You’ll receive structured feedback and support to help you stay on track.
This isn’t a program you can “sit in the back of the room” for. You’ll be expected to show up, do the work, and demonstrate progress. If that excites you, you’re in the right place. If it makes you nervous, you might not be ready yet — and that’s okay.
