Trust Cortex™ Pricing & Expected ROI
Most B2B companies invest $80,000–$120,000 with us across a complete Trust Cortex™ transformation — typically Intensive, six to twelve months of Build, and optional Advisory continuation.
This is what moves a company from scattered to scaled: less input, more output, AI that actually produces revenue instead of generic content you have to clean up. At a $20M B2B company, that's roughly one-third of a single year's AI budget. It's not an add-on to your AI spend — it's the layer that makes the rest of your AI spend actually work.
Trust Cortex Intensive™
1. Trust Cortex Intensive™ ($12,000). 2 days. Produces your roadmap.
Trust Cortex Build™
2. Trust Cortex Build™ ($6,000 or $9,000/month, 6-month minimum). Builds the Cortex and deploys workflows.
Cortex Advisory™
3. Cortex Advisory™ ($2,500/month). Ongoing strategic support after the build is done.
Trust Cortex™ Intensive
Start your transformation with a proprietary Trust Cortex™ Intensive. This immersive proprietary diagnostic uncovers the root causes holding your organization back, maps out your current state, and provides a concrete, actionable plan for scaling with trust.
Trust Cortex™ Build
After the Intensive, we begin co-building your Trust Cortex™ Build. This six-month engagement (with option to extend) is fully tailored to your needs.
Prices in USD. EU-based clients invoiced in EUR at the prevailing rate on invoice date.
Trust Cortex™ Advisory
Ongoing strategic support for Trust Cortex Build graduates. Once your team is running the Cortex independently, Advisory keeps you connected as the business evolves, new tools emerge, and the Cortex matures. You get monthly strategy time, async access, quarterly roadmap reviews, and priority access to new Trust Cortex Systems as they enter the library.
What You're Actually Paying For
You're not buying hours of consulting. You're not buying access to a calendar. You're building permanent business assets your company owns — and you're not building them alone.
The Assets You Keep
-
Your Trust Cortex™ Roadmap. A board-ready 12-month plan with sequencing, owners, and decisions made. The equivalent of a $25,000–$50,000 strategy engagement, produced in two days.
-
Your Foundation Five. Codified value proposition, voice, methodology, standards, and knowledge architecture. The IP that makes your company recognizably yours across every AI tool, agent, and workflow — built once, used forever.
-
Two to three deployed workflows. Configured from the Trust Cortex System Library and tailored to your business, your voice, your data. Built custom from scratch, these workflows would each cost $15,000–$30,000 to develop. You get them deployed in months instead of years.
-
Ongoing library access. As the Trust Cortex System Library grows, your access grows with it. Workflows we build for future clients become available to you — without re-engagement, without additional fees.
-
A trained team. Your people learn the Trust Cortex Method, the System Library, and how to extend both. They don't need me to keep operating after Build ends.
What You're Not Hiring
-
A Head of AI — $180,000–$220,000/year fully loaded, plus equity, recruiting cost, and the risk of the wrong hire.
-
A team of AI implementers — typically $150–$300/hour, who build point solutions that break when your business or tools change.
-
A strategy consultancy — typically $75,000–$200,000 for a roadmap with no implementation.
Three of those layers, separately. Most companies need all three. You get them as one engagement, integrated, with a methodology that holds them together.
What This Replaces, Concretely
The Trust Cortex engagement is what companies build instead of:
- Spending another year cycling through AI tools that don't compound
- Hiring a full-time internal AI lead
- Watching your team burn out on AI babysitting and content cleanup
- Letting AI scale your gaps while your competitors scale their advantage
This is the alternative to all of that.
How To Think About ROI
The Research Is Clear: There's a Widening Gap.
Boston Consulting Group's Build for the Future 2025 study surveyed 1,250 senior executives across 25+ sectors. The findings define exactly what's at stake:
- Only 5% of companies are "future-built" for AI — systematically generating substantial value. Another 35% are scaling. The remaining 60% are laggards with minimal returns to show for their AI investment.
- Future-built companies achieve 1.7x revenue growth versus laggards — plus 3.6x higher three-year total shareholder return and 1.6x EBIT margin.
- In areas where AI is applied, leaders see 2x the revenue increase and 40% greater cost reductions than laggards.
- 70% of AI's potential value sits in core business functions — sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, pricing.
The gap is widening. The companies building the right foundations now are pulling away. The companies still cycling through AI tools without a context layer aren't catching up by buying more tools.

What Trust Cortex Clients Should Expect
Our work pays for itself by moving you from the 60% (laggards, scattered) to the 40% (scaling and future-built) — with measurable impact in four areas:
15–20% faster sales cycles
More high-quality content means buyers arrive more informed. Faster, more personalized follow-up means deals don't stall. AI-assisted proposals go out in hours, not weeks. For a company with a 12-month average cycle, that's 2–3 months off every deal.
10–15% higher close rates
Consistent, on-brand messaging across every touchpoint. Personalized nurture sequences that match where the buyer actually is. Proposals that reflect the buyer's specific language and pain. More of your pipeline converts because your go-to-market earns trust at every step.
1–3 additional deals/quarter
Combine faster cycles with higher close rates and you're converting 1–3 additional deals per quarter that would have stalled, gone to a competitor, or ended in "no decision." For a company with $50K–$200K average deal sizes, that's $200,000–$600,000 in additional annual revenue.
20–30 hrs/week saved
AI automates ~80% of repeatable GTM work — content drafts, lead nurture sequences, proposal templates, follow-up cadences, and reporting. Your marketing and sales team gets 20–30 hours back per week to focus on relationships, complex deals, and high-touch moments.
The Real Question
A $48,000–$120,000 investment that moves you from the laggard 60% to the scaling 40% isn't a cost decision. It's whether you want to compete from the bottom of the curve or the top — over the next three to five years, as the gap continues to widen.
Each engagement includes a custom ROI projection based on your business, built during the Intensive — so you know exactly what to expect before making any further commitment.
Is This The Right Investment For You?
This is the right engagement if:
- You're a B2B founder-led company, $5M–$30M revenue, where the CEO is still actively involved in marketing and sales decisions.
- Your sale is knowledge-intensive — complex products, technical buyers, expertise as the moat.
- You've already spent more than this on AI tools that haven't delivered, and you're ready to fix the foundation.
- You have a team (marketing, sales, or both) that will do the work alongside us — not watch from the sidelines.
- You're willing to commit at least six months to build something durable, not chase a 30-day fix.
- You or your CEO can approve a $48K–$120K investment without a six-month procurement cycle.
This is not the right engagement if:
- You want someone to execute for you — we architect, we configure, we QA, we train. We don't run your daily content production or become your full-time AI department.
- You want results in 30 days — our first measurable milestone is at 90 days, with significant business impact by month six.
- You don't have anyone internally who can own the day-to-day Cortex work.
- Your organization isn't ready to document, standardize, and change workflows — the Trust Cortex is real change, not a technology overlay.
- You're a company over $100M in revenue with multiple decision layers — that's not our model, and you'll get better results from a firm built for that scale.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The Trust Cortex Intensive ($12,000) is the smallest paid engagement and the natural starting point. You walk away with a complete 12-month roadmap and the Scattered-to-Scaled Scorecard, even if you decide not to continue into Build. Many companies execute the roadmap internally for several months before re-engaging.
We invoice in USD, EUR, or GBP depending on your preference and entity location. EU-based clients are invoiced through our Italian entity (EUR by default). US-based clients can be invoiced through our US entity (USD). Please mention your preference in the Discovery Call.
Trust Cortex Build operates on a 6-month minimum, then month-to-month. At month 5, we review progress together and decide whether to continue, transition to Advisory, or wrap. After the minimum period, you can stop with 30 days' notice. We prefer to finish what we start, but there's no long-term lock-in.
Because hours aren't what produces the result. The Trust Cortex is a layer your team builds and owns; it's not a service that scales by adding more hours. Pricing by outcome — roadmap, build, ongoing — keeps the focus on what gets delivered, not how many meetings happened.
You can, and many companies do. What they discover is that a Trust Cortex requires three things at once: deep understanding of voice and lived expertise (which lives with you, the founder), AI architecture skills (which live in tech), and the discipline of methodology (which lives in consulting).
One internal hire rarely brings all three — and even when they do, they're starting from scratch on a methodology we've already built. The full-time cost ($180K–$220K loaded) is also significantly higher than the engagement cost.
