Build AI You Can Trust.
Install Your Trust Cortex™
Build your Trust Cortex & deploy the workflows that finally produce business impact.
The Trust Cortex Intensive produces the roadmap. Trust Cortex Build is how it gets built.
Over six months, I act as your fractional Trust Cortex Architect: building your Foundation Five, deploying your highest-priority workflows, and training your team to run the Cortex independently. You get a weekly strategy partner. Your team gets a working architect. By month six, you can see the business impact. By month twelve, the Cortex runs without me.

What Six Months Produces
By the end of Trust Cortex Build, you have:
- Your Foundation Five — the value proposition, voice, methodology, standards, and knowledge architecture everything else depends on, codified and shared with your team
- Two workflows live and producing business impact (three on the Plus tier)
- A team trained on the Trust Cortex Method — they know how to build, deploy, and operate within the Cortex without you
- Visible, measurable change in the quality, consistency, and trustworthiness of your AI-produced work
- The freedom to step out of daily AI review — because the output earns your trust without it
You're back to being the strategist, not the editor.
Why Trust Cortex™?
- Confidence at Scale: Know that every automated process, AI workflow, and team decision reflects your standards.
- Faster Adoption: Overcome internal resistance—get buy-in and trust from leadership to frontline.
- Future-Proofing: As technology evolves, your Trust Cortex™ keeps your company aligned and protected.
- Simplicity for Busy Leaders: One system, one standard, one source of truth. Fully documented and trainable.
What A Typical Journey Looks Like
Months 1–3:
Extract & Codify.
Surface institutional knowledge. Document standards and guardrails. Build the foundation that was always missing.
Months 4–6:
Structure.
Build the AI-ready knowledge base. Single source of truth. Prompt frameworks. Everything AI needs to work from your expertise.
Months 7–9:
Implement.
Embed into live marketing and sales workflows. Train the team. QA checkpoints. Feedback loops. AI becomes operational.
Months 10–12:
Amplify.
Scale the proven 80%. Measure outcomes. Standardize wins. Your team runs your AI systems independently.
What Changes When AI Actually Knows Your Business
For Marketing
- Generate on-brand and in-depth content at scale, including blog posts, case studies, emails, and social, all grounded in your documented expertise.
- Personalize outreach at scale using real buyer insights, not generic templates.
- Repurpose one piece of content into a full week's output without losing your voice.
For Sales
- Answer tough prospect questions instantly with accurate, approved information — not hallucinated guesses.
- Produce tailored proposals that reference the buyer's specific pain points, language, and context.
- Onboard new reps in weeks instead of months with a searchable knowledge base of your best people's methodology.
For Leadership
- Stop reviewing every output. Guardrails and QA are built into the system.
- Brief your board on AI strategy with confidence, backed by measurable progress.
- Build a competitive advantage no one can copy, because it's your knowledge, not a tool anyone can buy.
Who It Is A Good Fit For (And Who Not)
This is for you if:
- Founder-CEOs of B2B companies, $5M–$30M revenue, with complex sales and technical buyers
-
You're decisive when the path is clear — you just need the path
-
Your team uses AI, but with no shared standards and inconsistent results
-
You've invested in AI tools and haven't seen a real business impact
-
You want the foundation built right before you scale further
- You've completed the Trust Cortex Intensive (or are ready to)
- You're still actively involved in marketing and sales decisions
- You're ready to commit to a 6-month build
This is not for you if:
-
You're looking for a quick fix or a prompt library
-
You're not willing to do the foundational work
- You want someone to produce your daily content for you
- You want hourly consulting or one-off projects
- You haven't done the Intensive and don't want to
-
You need a committee to approve a $50K–$75K investment

Frequently Asked Questions
Your Trust Cortex is the trust context layer between your company's lived expertise and the AI you ask to scale it — your codified voice, structured knowledge, standards, and methodologies. Without it, AI scales your gaps. With it, AI scales what made your business work in the first place.
The full breakdown lives on the Trust Cortex page.
They're starting to. But most AI conversations still focus on tools, models, and prompts — not the underlying layer that determines whether AI produces output you can actually trust. The reason: connecting strategy to implementation requires both halves at once, and most providers pick one. AI consultants stop at strategy. AI implementers skip the strategy entirely. Building the layer between requires both, and it requires working close enough to founder-led companies to know what trust-grade actually looks like in your business, not a generic case study.
You can try, and many companies do. What they discover is that building a Trust Cortex requires three things at once: deep understanding of voice and lived expertise (which lives with you, the founder), AI architecture skills (which live in tech), and the discipline of methodology (which lives in consulting). Most internal hires bring one or two. Trust Cortex Build delivers all three, then trains your team to maintain it. After twelve months, you don't need me anymore. That's the design.
AI consultants stop at strategy. They hand you a 60-slide deck and a quarterly check-in. I'm in the room building. You get weekly working sessions, deployed workflows, and a team trained to run the Cortex when I'm gone. I map out the system, give you the skills, prompts, automention templates, and we build together. That distinction is the entire engagement.
AI implementers deploy point solutions — a chatbot here, an automation there, a tool integration somewhere else. The solutions work in isolation and break the moment your business changes or your tools shift. I build the underlying layer that makes any AI tool work in your business: your codified voice, your structured expertise, your standards. Workflows are deployed against the layer, not in isolation. When the next AI tool emerges (and it will), your Cortex moves with you. Point solutions don't.
Yes — we build. The work ships.
Here's how it works: I bring a growing library of pre-built Trust Cortex Skills and workflow templates that have been tested across engagements. During Build, we configure these to your business — your voice, your data, your processes — working alongside your team in our weekly sessions. You get proven systems, customized to your context, deployed in months instead of years.
What I don't do: sit at your team's keyboards executing daily work, or become your full-time AI department. I architect the Cortex, configure the templates from the library, QA the output, and train your team to operate it. They build alongside me. By month six, they can extend the library themselves. By month twelve, they're running without me.
If you're looking for someone to do all the work for you while your team watches, I'm not the right fit. If you're looking for an architect who builds with you, ships real systems, and leaves your team capable — that's the engagement.
We surface this in the Discovery Call and the Intensive. If you don't have at least one person who can own the Cortex day-to-day, we'll talk about what that hire looks like before we start Build. Starting Build without a team able to maintain what we build is a failure mode I won't sign up for.
A renewal conversation in month 5 — review what's been built, agree on what's next, decide whether to continue month-to-month. Most clients continue through month 12 to complete the Amplify phase. Some graduate into Cortex Advisory. Some take what's been built and run independently. All three are valid outcomes.
I'm currently working with two B2B companies in the UK Microsoft channel and B2B SaaS spaces. Detailed case studies are being prepared for publication after the AI Clarity launches in late 2026. Until then, I can walk you through specific workflows, frameworks, and the System Library in the Discovery Call.
