The Scattered to Scaled Diagnostic & Roadmap
90% of businesses use AI in marketing, sales, and customer service, but only 6% see transformative results: 5x more MQLs, 4.7x more deals closed, and 6.8x more tickets closed. These 6% of companies do one thing differently that makes all the difference.
In just three weeks, we will evaluate your AI strategy and use cases, diagnose what is blocking you from achieving transformative results, and build your AI roadmap.
THE PROBLEM
More Headcount Doesn't Equal More Growth Anymore
AI can take on work that no team could ever staff: every inbound lead researched and answered within minutes, every sales call reviewed against your standards, every qualified opportunity with a full proposal the same day. For the first time, a company can grow its revenue without growing its payroll at the same rate.
Is that what AI is doing for you?
Automation Is Not Transformation
AI is making your team more productive. Content is created faster, and your sales team is writing follow-up emails within minutes. But it is work your team was already doing, now done a bit quicker. And somebody always has to check (and often rewrite) every output: usually you, or the few people in the business you can always rely on to get it right.
AI is automating your business, not transforming it.
Context Is The Key To Scaling, But Yours Is In Bits And Pieces
AI doesn't know your business, so it fills the gaps with a confident guess. It does get context, but everybody gives it their own: a pasted paragraph here, last year's sales deck there, a custom GPT somebody set up and nobody has touched since. The pieces don't match, and some of them contradict each other.
AI can't scale on five versions of your business. It needs one single version of the truth, with your standards, definitions, and guardrails, in a place where AI can reach it and your people can work from it. That one version is what I call a Context Layer.
A Clear Picture And Your Roadmap To Scaling In Three Weeks
The Scattered to Scaled Diagnostic & Roadmap is a one-time, three-week engagement for $5,000.
We look at how your company uses AI today, what your team gives it to work with, where your company's knowledge lives, and whether your people and your tools tell the same story. We talk to you first. Then to five or six of the people who use AI most.
You leave knowing what your AI is being told about your business today, where the pieces contradict each other, and with a plan for building the one version it should be working from.

The Same Page Test: Do Your People And Your AI Tell The Same Story?
We ask you a handful of simple questions. Who is your ideal customer? Who do you turn away? What do you sell, and what would you never sell? What is your strongest claim against your closest competitor?
Then we ask five or six of your people the same questions, separately. Then we ask your AI tools, exactly as they are set up today.
We put the answers side by side.
My own expectation is that they differ more than you think. If six people give six answers, your AI has been handed six companies to represent.
We keep the questions and the results. When your Context Layer is built, with us or without us, run the same test again. The difference is your proof.

Who It's For
Who This Is Built For
The diagnostic is built for CEOs of B2B companies between $5M and $25M in revenue, in technology, software, and manufacturing. They sell considered purchases with long sales cycles. They have already spent real money on AI and have real wins to show. The wins do not repeat, and the numbers have not moved.
It Fits When
- AI is a visible line in the budget, and nobody can say what it returned
- The team has AI wins that no one has managed to repeat
- Tools, budget, an AI hire, and data have all been named as the fix, and leadership does not agree on which
- The CEO has growth goals for the next 12 months and expects AI to carry part of them
- The company intends to act on what it learns
This Is NOT For
- Companies that have not started using AI. There is nothing to diagnose yet
- Anyone looking for a tool recommendation or a security audit
- Companies that cannot give five or six people half an hour each
- CEOs who want to know where they stand and do not plan to do anything about it
Four Steps, Three Weeks, About Three Hours Of Your Time
Decide: Book A 30-Min. Explore Call
30 minutes. We'll talk about what you have tried with AI, what it returned, and why you are considering diagnostics and a roadmap now. By the end of the call, you'll know whether the diagnostic is the right next step. If it is not, you will hear that on the call.
Diagnostics Part 1: Gathering
First, we gather public evidence: your website, your content, your reviews, and what AI tools say about your company. Then, we move internally: 5- 6 people each fill out a 15-minute survey, and one person works with us to collate internal evidence.
Diagnostics Part 2: Interviews
You first, for 60 minutes. Where you stand with AI, where you want the business to be in 12 months, and what role AI is supposed to play in getting there. Then 5-6 of your people who use AI most, 30 minutes each. They show us how they really work with it.
Roadmap Delivery In Live Session
We deliver our findings and your roadmap in a 90-minute live session. We walk through the diagnosis, compare the outcomes of the second Same Page Test, and review your detailed, prioritized roadmap, including next steps.
The Investment & ROI
Money-Back Guarantee
If You Aren't Satisfied, You Get Your Money Back
If the diagnostic did not deliver what this page promises, tell us why in writing, and we will redo the work. If you are still not satisfied, we refund the full $5,000.
One condition sits on your side. We need the material on the list, the team survey, your 60-minute interview, and at least four interviews. Without them, we can't diagnose anything.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER
You Can Act On It Without Us
The live session ends with a straight recommendation: build the missing piece with us, build it yourselves, or wait. Some of the roadmap your team can do alone in the first 30 days.
If the diagnosis shows that what your best people know has to be written down before AI can take on bigger work, that is the work we do. In 75 days we extract what is already true about your company and was never written down, you decide the open questions, and we install the result where your people and your AI work. When we build one for a client, we call it the Trust Cortex™.
Nothing from the diagnostic is wasted. Your session, the interviews, the proof library, and the Same Page Test results are where that build starts.
Foundation first. Scale second.
Find Out If This Is The Right Next Step For You
Three things to know before scheduling this call:
-
This call is about deciding if this engagement is right for you. We only offer a very limited number of engagements per quarter and will not accept businesses that are not a good fit.
-
Once you schedule this conversation, you will speak directly with Hannah Eisenberg, CEO and Founder of TrustLeader. She will also deliver the roadmap and conduct the CEO interview. This allows you to get a sense of what to expect.
-
Filling out this form does not obligate you to anything. If we decide in the call that the Diagnostic & Roadmap is not right for you, we will tell you directly and leave you with a clearer picture anyway.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why Does It Cost $5,000?
It pays for three weeks of work: the public research, the team survey, the interviews with you and your key people, the analysis, the report, and a live session. Nothing in it is a questionnaire that scores itself. It is one flat fee with no add-ons.
How Much Of My Team's Time Does It Take?
About three hours of yours: the Explore Call, a 60-minute interview, and the 90-minute live session. 30 minutes each for five or six of your people. 15 minutes per person for the survey. Two to three hours for the one person who collects the material on the list. We do the rest.
Do We Have To Work With TrustLeader Afterward?
No. The report and the roadmap are yours. Your team can act on them alone, with another partner, or with us. Any later work is a separate decision.
What If We Already Know What Is Wrong?
You may be right, and then the diagnostic confirms it with evidence. What I see more often is that everybody in the leadership team has a different answer, and each of them is partly right. The diagnostic puts all of it side by side, so you can stop debating and start building.
How Is This Different From Your Free AI Foundation Assessment?
The free assessment is 30 questions that you answer yourself, in about ten minutes. It tells you where you think you stand. The diagnostic looks at evidence: what your team really does, what your tools really run on, and whether the answers match. It also gives you a before picture you can measure against later.
Do You Need Access To Our Systems?
No. We work from public material, the survey, the interviews, and the fixed list your team sends us. We sign a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement before anything is sent.
Will You Tell Us Which AI Tools To Buy?
No. Tools come up only where one of them is in the way of something you want to do. If a tool recommendation is what you need, this is the wrong engagement.
