Personal Beliefs & What Shapes Me
I believe deeply in doing the right thing, even when it’s inconvenient or uncomfortable. One of the principles that guides my life is Tikkun Olam — the idea that we are each responsible for repairing the world in small, meaningful ways. That belief shapes how I show up as a leader, a parent, a coach, and a human being.
My favorite way to learn is by traveling. I’m endlessly curious about the world, especially obsessed with the Arctic and polar exploration—the courage, resilience, and decision-making under uncertainty resonate with me on a personal level. I’m also happiest when I’m building something (yes, I’m an adult LEGO fan), sipping really good coffee, or planning my next trip.
When I’m not working with leaders, you’ll likely find me outside. I have a quiet love for farming, soil, and growing things — maybe because it mirrors the work I do: nurturing, tending, and helping something take root and thrive. These passions keep me grounded, connected, and continuously learning.
