Become A TrustLeader Today. Apply To Join.
We only work with leaders who are serious about making trust their competitive advantage. Our goal is not just to coach you — it’s to help you become a success story. To do that, we carefully select the companies we know we can help achieve measurable results. If that’s you, we can't wait to meet you.
Why Apply?
Trust-building isn’t something you can delegate to a campaign or figure out through trial and error. Most companies create content, but sales cycles don’t shorten, loyalty doesn’t grow, and culture doesn’t change.
With TrustLeader Coaching, you get:
-
A proven framework to turn trust into a measurable growth engine.
-
Coaching, accountability, and a roadmap tailored to your business.
-
Access to tools, templates, GPT prompts, and playbooks that accelerate results.
-
A community (Catalyst) or 1:1 partnership (Mastery) that keeps you on track.
The result? Faster sales cycles, stronger customer loyalty, and long-term growth powered by trust.

Who Is The TrustLeader A Good Fit For?
-
You are a business owner or leader of a B2B company with $5-$50 million in annual revenue.
-
You already have a marketing person and at least two salespeople in-house.
-
You are willing and able to act as an internal champion for trust building and true customer centricity.
-
You can directly impact your company culture as well as your marketing, sales, and customer service functions.
-
You are ready to dedicate 3-4 hours per week, every week, to coaching and implementation tasks.
-
You are excited by changing unfair or outdated practices and setting new standards.
-
You feel frustrated by the lack of purpose and strive to do the right thing.
-
You want to lead with integrity and give your employees purpose and direction.
This is not for you if…
-
You are not willing to invest 3-4 hours every week in regular participation in the coaching and implementation of what you learned.
-
You are looking for a quick & dirty fix to an urgent lead generation, sales pipeline, or other demand generation problem.
-
You aren't ready to be honest with yourself and reflect on how trust is built (or lost) in your customer experience.
-
You don’t believe trust is a business strategy worth investing in.
Important: We expect you to attend a minimum of 80% of the live sessions to participate in the program.
The Application Process
Submit Your Application (3 minutes).
Fill out a short application form. This gives us essential background on your company, your goals, and why you’re prioritizing trust now. Here, you can indicate whether you are applying for Small Group or Mastery (1:1) Coaching.
Alignment Call (60 Minutes)
After submitting the form, you will be redirected to Hannah’s calendar to schedule your alignment call. The purpose of this conversation is to learn about your current situation, what you have tried so far, and what you want to achieve. This is a working call to determine mutual fit, not a sales pitch.
Diagnostic Assessment (15 Minutes)
If we agree to continue, we will send you the TrustLeader Assessment to complete. It is an online diagnostic tool that assesses your current trust maturity and identifies areas for improvement.
Roadmap Session (60 minutes)
We will review your assessment results together and create a personalized TrustLeader Roadmap tailored to your needs. This includes your trust gaps, key opportunities, and specific goals for the next 12 months.
Acceptance & Placement
Once you are accepted into the TrustLeader Coaching Program, we either place you in a small group cohort (new groups start every 2 months) or confirm if Mastery is the right fit. Placement depends on your preferences, goals, and roadmap.
Onboarding & Payment
Once accepted, you’ll receive a payment link to set up monthly billing. You’ll be onboarded into ClarityFlow and introduced to either your Catalyst group or your private Mastery workspace. From there, coaching begins.
Coaching Begins
Your journey starts: We will kick off our coaching with an alignment session and then launch straight into our weekly coaching sessions and clinics. Get ready to roll up your sleeves!
Frequently Asked Questions
TrustLeader Coaching is designed as a 12-month journey because meaningful change takes time. You can’t rebuild how your company earns and sustains trust in just a few weeks. That said, we do allow cancellations with 14 days’ notice — but only after you’ve committed to at least the first three months and attended 80% of sessions. Why? Because if you put the work in during that time, you’ll start to see results. We want to give you a fair exit if it’s truly not the right fit, while also protecting the integrity of the program.
Both options follow the same TrustLeader Framework and 12-month arc. The difference is in format:
-
Small Group is a small cohort-based coaching program (6–8 executives) where you gain peer accountability and shared perspectives.
-
Mastery is one-on-one coaching, fully tailored to your business for leaders who want a private, personalized experience.
When you apply, you can select which option you prefer and we’ll help confirm the best fit during the process.
Once you submit your application, you’ll book a 15-minute fit call with Hannah. If it’s a good match, you’ll complete the TrustLeader Assessment to benchmark your current trust maturity. Then we’ll meet for a discovery session, where we co-create your roadmap and confirm whether Catalyst or Mastery is the best fit. From there, you’ll be placed in a cohort (new groups start every 2 months) or confirmed for 1:1. After acceptance, you’ll be onboarded into ClarityFlow and welcomed into your coaching group.
Because we’re selective. Our goal is not to fill seats — it’s to create success stories. Every company we work with, we want to turn into a case study. That means only accepting leaders we know we can help achieve measurable results. The application process is designed to give you clarity about your ROI while ensuring this program is the right fit for you.
That’s okay. Applying doesn’t lock you in — it simply starts the conversation. The process itself (fit call, assessment, roadmap) will show you exactly what a maturity jump would look like for your business. Many leaders feel nervous about committing upfront, but once they see the numbers tied to their own company, the decision becomes clear.
