What To Expect

Benefits & Outcomes

Your business and customer demands change every day. Your website needs to adapt accordingly. This means your website needs to be accessible and easy to use, and your in-house team should have the skills and knowledge to maintain it and improve it.

Crystal Clear Messaging

Most sales aren't lost to pricing or lack of features but to buyer confusion. We will teach your team how to write clear messaging that resonates with your buyer and generates sales.

Higher Conversions

A great-looking website is useless if it doesn't convert. Together, we will optimize your website so you get instant results and your team learns how to optimize for conversions.

Easy To Use Yourself

By the end of the program, your team know how to add to, update, maintain, improve, and optimize your website without having to rely on a web developer or outside agency.

Utilize AI

Go beyond mobile and SEO optimized and learn how to utilize AI to give your customers an amazing user experience, e.g., personalization and generative AI-based chatbots.

Full Revenue Attribution

Because your website will be fully integrated with your Hubspot CRM, you can attribute revenue to each page, article, or piece of content, so you know what works and what doesn't.

What Is Included In Website Mastery?

Our Website Mastery Program is specifically designed for businesses with $1-15 million in annual revenue and that have a small marketing team in-house. It can be implemented as a stand-alone website redesign or optimization project or added to a full They Ask, You Answer Mastery program.

The Process

While the exact process is unique for every business we work with, we follow this proven process. Depending on the requirements, steps 1-3 will take 4-6 weeks, steps 4 and 5 will usually take around 3-5 months, and optimization can take 3-6 months.

1. Website Audit

We start by auditing your current website. By placing heatmap and other monitoring tools, we understand what works and what doesn't, including where visitors get confused and drop off.

2. Define Website Messaging

While we dig deep into the performance of your website and our tracking tools are collecting data, we will sit down with you to create your new messaging following a proven framework.

3. Create Website Strategy

Now that we understand your goals and what works and what doesn't, we will carefully guide you through the process of creating a website strategy, incl. wireframing and your information architecture.

4. Agile Development

Using the Growth-Driven Design methodology, we will guide your team through the process of actually building the website, including writing effective web copy, designing user-friendly page layouts, optimizing for SEO and mobile, and more.

5. Build A Learning Center

A Learning Center allows you to organize your most valuable blog articles, videos, podcasts, downloadable resources, whitepapers, and more in a user-friendly way, resulting in higher page views, more time on your site, and qualified conversions.

6. Optimize For Performance

To maintain and improve your website's health and performance over time, you need to constantly collect and analyze data from HubSpot, Hotjar, SEMrush, and Google Analytics 4 to make informed decisions. We will get you all set up and teach you how.

Individualized support:

  • Work will be organized in weekly sprints and include weekly training sessions (1 hour) with your website team as well as constant feedback
  • Access to individual project management and communication platform with your coach and trainers
  • Asynchronous communication via Basecamp Pings, email, or voice notes

What's the cost & time commitment?

Investment:

The cost of a website design, development, or optimization project greatly varies as it depends on many factors, e.g., how much content needs to be created, migrated, or optimized, the experience of your in-house team, and how much custom development your website will need.

On average, businesses spend between $3,000 months for six months ($18,000) for small, low-complexity websites to $6,500 over 8-12 months ($52,000 to $78,000) for larger, more complex websites on a Website Mastery Program with 3P Creative Group.

This includes value proposition and messaging development, website strategy and wireframe creation, design, development, testing and optimization, coaching and training of your team.

As a part of our engagement, we require an initial, one-time commitment fee of $5,000. This fee includes an IMPACT+ membership for Business, granting your entire team access to a comprehensive suite of courses, training tools, and resources that will be utilized throughout the program.

Time Commitment:

You will need someone on your team able and willing to learn how to write website copy, design website and landing pages, and administrator Hubspot. This can (and often is) the same person. You will not need a web developer unless major customization work is required which usually isn't the case.

Includes Invaluable Resources:

  • Digital Website Mastery Scorecard to track quarterly progress toward mastery
  • Access to all IMPACT+ online courses for further self-guided learning as well as events and mastermind groups for your team members
  • Quality checklists for Big 5 articles and Selling 7 videos
  • Quality checklists for 1:1 personalized videos, virtual selling, and assignment selling
  • Sample job descriptions and hiring playbook for supportive roles such as content manager and videographer
  • 40% off Summit tickets and future IMPACT+ workshops

Who Is Website Mastery Not A Good Fit For?

We understand that the Website Mastery Program isn't a good fit for everyone. We want to give you all the information required to make the right decision for you. Having said this, you may be a good fit if:

  • You generate all the traffic, leads, and sales you want and have no urgency to improve those metrics.
  • You prefer to rely on an outside agency to make your website updates rather than train your team to make these changes in-house.
  • You feel that your website strategy doesn't need further tweaking or you already have strategies or designs created and are not open to feedback on how to improve upon them.
  • You don't see the point in continuously updating and optimizing your website to achieve better results.

If any of those points above sound like you, you might be happier working with a website design agency.

Sales Coaching (1)

How To Get Started

Let's discuss your goals.

The best way to find out if we can help you achieve your goals (and frankly, get a feel for what it would be like to work with us) is to schedule a call. In this initial 30-minute call, tell us about your goals, needs, and concerns.

Meet your coach.

This first conversation will be with the coach you would be working with, not a salesperson, which will give you a first impression of what coaching would be like.

Mutually agree to move forward (or not)

We only take on coaching clients that are a good fit (e.g., they are willing to put in the work and are open to constructive feedback) and we hope that you are very picky as well with whom you trust your growth to.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Hannah Eisenberg is a They Ask, You Answer certified coach who specializes in helping smaller sales teams (5-10 reps) excel by sharpening their soft skills. She has more than 20+ years of digital marketing and sales experience and has worked for both large companies like SAP and smaller Microsoft partners in the B2B technology space.

Although we start every client engagement with the expectation that we will work together for the agreed-upon time, you are not locked into that. We believe that if you decide to work with us, you must receive clear value. If you don't receive any value, you have the right to stop the engagement with us.

The program ends when you graduate, meaning you reach an 80+ score on your They Ask, You Answer Mastery Scorecard. Usually, within a cohort setting, this takes about 24 months.

There are three ways to implement They Ask, You Answer: DIY/digital training path, cohort/small group program, and with 1:1 coaching.

Small group or cohort mastery programs are designed to have some individual components (e.g., the quarterly planning sessions, initial workshop, and bi-weekly TAYA leader synch) while most of the actual training happens in a group setting.
