Continued Strategic Access After You Complete Trust Cortex™ Build
After 6–12 months in Trust Cortex Build, most clients are running their Trust Cortex independently. They don't need an architect in the building. But they want a strategist on call as the Cortex evolves, new tools enter the market, and new questions come up.
That's what Cortex Advisory is for.
Why Graduates Stay
The Trust Cortex isn't static. It evolves as your business evolves: new products, new markets, new team members, new AI capabilities you didn't have access to six months ago. Cortex Advisory gives you a strategic thinking partner who already knows your business — without the cost of a full retainer or the friction of starting over.
What's Not Included
Active building, deploying, or QA-ing workflows. Team training. Working sessions. If your needs grow back to that level, you re-engage at the Trust Cortex Build tier.
Eligibility
Available only to clients who have completed at least one 6-month Trust Cortex Build engagement.
Frequently Asked Questions
You don't. Cortex Advisory is optional. If your team is running the Cortex independently and you don't need a strategic partner, you don't need Advisory. Graduates who stay typically want one of three things: a sounding board for AI strategy decisions, priority access to new Trust Cortex Systems as I build them, or a quarterly check-in to keep the Cortex from drifting.
Predictability. Advisory clients have scheduled monthly time, a 48-hour response window on async questions, and priority access to new library systems before they're available elsewhere. Non-Advisory graduates can email anytime, but I respond when I'm able — which may not be when you need an answer.
Yes. Advisory clients re-engage at the Build tier when they need active development — new market launch, major team change, significant new workflow scope. The transition is straightforward because I already know the business. No restart cost.
If you need weekly or bi-weekly access, you're not an Advisory client — you're a Build client. Advisory is deliberately monthly because the engagement is at the level of strategic evolution, not active building. If we're talking weekly, we should be in Build.
Yes. Advisory is month-to-month. Cancel any time, no notice period.
